Who's That Girl goes Green - at the Market!

Hi again! It is my second post of the day! The Bryant house has been quiet and relaxed today, meaning I could spend some quality time in my craft room! This card is made for two challenges, sketch #45 at Get Sketchy, and the (color/theme) challenge #119 at Cute Card Thursday which is "Let's get Fruity" a card with a fruit theme. This stamp came right to the front of my mind when I read the Cute Card Thursday blog. It is the second image from MFT's Who's That Girl Goes Green. I absolutely cannot resist paper piecing WTG!

I couldn't decide which color to use on the apples, red for red delicious? Fuji? Golden Delicious? Looking thru my prismacolor pencils, I came across the perfect pencil, ending the debate I was having with myself .. Green Apple. So, the apples are Granny Smith. LoL .. So, I amuse easily.

Thanks for stopping by! Here are the Details:

Paper: Pucker up (clearly coordinating CDS),
Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety, Whisper White
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black, Real Red

Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #118

Hey there! Happy Tuesday! Today I got to spend some valuable time in my craft room, which I truly enjoyed. Sadly, today after 35 much earned days off, the real world caught up to us and my husband had to go back to work. The bright side is that I get to spend more time crafting.

Today I got to work with my June Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients kit and my new Cuppie set, Udderly Sweet. The top card I made for Taylored Expression's Sketch challenge, and the bottom is just a bonus card I made for our friend Kevin's birthday. On the top card, I used my detail scissors to snip out the grass and double layered it for more dimention. I got that idea from a die my Bff Cassie has. I just might "need" that die.. lol
