Card Patterns #99

Hello! Yesterday I had a little bit of time before I had to get ready for the St Barbara's Ball, so I decided to get started on this sketch from Card Patterns. I chose out and cut my paper, got everything ready, but did not have time to color in my Heart Hugs Bear. So I left everything on my desk to work on later. Well, later came this morning, and I just fell in love with the bear as is .. so I resisted the urge to color him in and left him white. Today, I think the phrase "less is more" applies to a tee.
Details:
Stamps: Heart Hugs (clear dollar stamps)
Paper: Whisper White, Whirlpool, Real Red
Little Yellow Bicycle - cupcake love dp
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black
Prismacolor Pencils
Tools/Accessories: Lg Scallop die, Seeing Spots EF
Circle Nestabilities, misc ribbon, su heart brad

Great sketch, Christi, and you're right. . .he looks perfect just as he is. He looks so good, like he's peeking through a round window, hehe. I love the papers too ;)

Oh Christi....I just love the bear cut out like that. This is so wonderful. How CUTE. Your comment on my blog made my day. I am so self conscious of my coloring. Thank you!
