After a couple days I am now back to the me and my son routine, and thankful that it will only be another 3-4 months until we are a complete family again.
Enough about sad stuff, on to the fun stuff! This card, is the only one I made while my husband was home. As much as he just doesnt "get" the paper crafting world, he truly supports me in it. And while he and our son were playing wii, he insisted I go do some crafting .. and this card actually took me a long time to make, like a week or so. I started with watercoloring these adorable eskimos and then several days later I stole away a few minutes to finish up while the boys were off exploring the open desert that we live across the street from.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and thanks for saying HI! I love comments!!

Cute, cute, cute, Christi. I love that paper, and you watercolored those little eskimos (which I love too) beautifully. Isn't it wonderful to have men that while they may not totally get it, they support us in our endeavor to cover the world in beautiful papers?! Kudos to Jason! Gorgeous card. . .very inspiring ;D
Hi Christi, I can't even imagine what it was like for you to give your husband a ride to the airport knowing you won't be seeing him for so long. Thank you for your sacrifice to our Country!!! This card is just too cute! Love the DP with the Spellbinders shapes. Great look. What fun colors! Keep it up girl. Keep smiling! ;o)
