The color choices for the "kewl" color challenge are: Ruby Red, Brocade Blue, Certianly Celery & Crushed Curry. I chose to add whisper white as a neutral. I, once again, combined two stamp sets, Everyday Jar-Gon and Summer Blooms Dahlia (sentiment) both available at Clear Dollar Stamps...I saw the idea for the fish and flowers together on Laurie's blog, she did it for the clear dollar blog hop - which is going on till Aug 31 - I hope you dont mind that I lifted it from you Laurie! It was accidental at first! ;p Thanks Laurie!
The details:
Stamps: Everyday Jar-Gon & Summer Blooms Dahlia (CDstamps)
Paper: Ruby Red, Crushed Curry, Brocade Blue dsp, Whisper White
Ink: Stazon Jet black, Crushed Curry
Tools: mega nestie curved rectangle, swiss dots embossing folder, watercolor pencils
Just as a note, I did stay true to the colors when coloring the fish, I used both the red and yellow pencils and blended them together to make my "goldfish". gotta love those watercolors!
Thank you for stopping by and for the great comments! You really do make my day :0)
